NO-SHOW POLICY

We are committed to providing superior quality services to our clients. Customers are asked to cancel any appointments that they will be unable to honour at least 24 hours in advance of their reservation.  You may be required to telephone the salon directly to cancel.

PAYMENT POLICY

Subject to our Cancellation Terms, to the extent permitted by law, any payment received when booking services with us is a non-refundable Booking Fee.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds are at the descretion of Xcentrik Hair Designers if applicable: Processed within 2–10 business days (if applicable under consumer law).

Changes: Terms may be updated at any time. Current version always applies.

CANCELLATION TERMS

In the event that you cancel an appointment within 24 HOURS of the appointment date or you do not arrive at the salon, then your deposit will be forfeited and used to cover costs incurred by us in maintaining availability of our employees and resources. If you cancel an appointment more than 24 HOURS prior to the appointment date your Booking Fee can be credited to other bookings.

We reserve the right to change the above terms at any time upon notice.
